Here's what we had so far. New member are still welcomed to join, I'll summarize it if needed.
The Witch's Curse
Mikari:
We were a bit far in the character introduction of this RP so I didn't want to make everyone start all over again. Our characters have met, friendships have formed and I didn't want to lose all the development so we can continue were we left off. Don't worry the main plot is just beginning.
Correct me if I say something that isn't true, especially with the names because I'm terrible at remembering names. I remember the characters but the names sometimes escape me.
So far Silpphire, Pyromage and Plushie, though mostly the first two, have been causing trouble with Silpphire pretending to be the legendary witch.
They met Armana and Sydra who ended up joining the group. They live at Sugary Kingdom and Armana, Pyro, Silpphire, Plushie, Gabriel and Kirin are currently at their house. Kirin and Silpphire are now friends.
After helping a panicked injured unicorn find her son and return home safely we have been invited to a ball at the palace. So far our group doesn't know that Nenshib is actually Bandit O and he was the one responsible for the unicorn incident to obtain a portion of her son's horn for a mysterious potion.
Sydra and Sabbat are on their way to Sydra's house after they finish buying a few things. Sabbat owns a bar and recently made a delivery to Dion who works for Sydra and Armana.
I apologize to CrAze, I'm sorry my penguin brother but I have forgotten the name of your character I do remember that he was last seen at the bar. This is your change to catch up since finding the other characters won't be hard. ^^
The time to go to the ball approaches and we need to make the final preparations. If you have any questions post them in the thread in the RP Chat forum.

When prince Nenshib informed him of his plans for the night King Aleth seemed happy enough. The good king was already deeply hypnotized by his adoptive son but wouldn't have protested anyway since his wife, may she rest in peace, loved balls and in her memory he took any excuse to make one. However Nenshib had insisted to making a private one. Instead of convincing him by more hypnotism he simply told him the main guests were a little shy. So only a few knights, ladies and people with high positions would attend to honor the guests.
In truth Nenshib didn't want to break his hypnotism over the kingdom's people since it was a product of a lot of time and work and he knew what their reaction would be to Silpphire so he simply kept them away. In the palace it was different, so as to not cause a panic beyond the needed distraction, those who were connected to royalty though noting of the ruby necklace and if they saw it no hypnotism would be activated in their subconscious mind and they would not believe it even if Silpphire said she was the witch.
The final preparations were being made in the palace for the dinner and then the ball that would last as long as necessary for the plan to be carried out. This was an unexpected twist. The fake witch had gained companions that seemed to have considerable power, he would certainly try to use them to his advantage...

"It's going to be time soon!" Silpphire squealed in a mix of happiness and nervousness.
"Good because I'm getting hungry" Pyromage said momentarily forgetting his goal to impress the Knight in hopes of becoming his apprentice. As soon as he remembered he found himself hoping his appetite wouldn't make him forget table manners.
"I just thought of something, what about Plushie?" Silpphire said petting the wolf.
"We'll bring him along, the Knight invited all of us! It'll be ok" Pyromage assure her.
"I supposed there's nothing wrong with asking... Nenshib is so cool and nice, surely he won't mind" It seemed she was in fangirl mode again until she remembered what time it was. "Gotta, get ready! Gotta get ready!" But she wasted more time jumping around then actually getting ready.
Fang:
Sabbat followed Sydra back to the house. "The story of Fang and I goes a long way back, and it’s very long. I guess I’ll tell you different parts at different times. While the whole story won’t bore you, I wouldn’t want to keep you up for days at a time waiting for the conclusion, and where Fang is now. The truth is, I don’t know if he’s dead or alive. He could be alive, frozen in the crystal, or he could be dead, in an icy coffin." Sabbat followed Sydra up the steps, and started to speak again. "It all started deep in the caves of Duroc, or, so I was told it. I was a magical copy of Fang, yet, the warlock in question wasn’t as all-powerful as he made himself out to be."
"I never retained Fang’s, um" gift as I call it, curse as he does. We fought at first, because that’s what I was made for. The only thing I knew was to destroy him for everything he was. I soon learned that it was the warlock in err, and not Fang. I promptly spun around and killed him., Fang took me in like the brother he never had. He taught me about the world, about responsibilities, and about what I had to do for others and myself in life. I soon found beer, and the rest is kind of history."
"We never separated. Fang and I were always close, and we never saw what was to try our brotherhood."
Snow:
Sydra listend quite contently for the most part. He raised a curious eyebrow to the comment about being kept up for days. Sydra pulled off his cloak as soon as he entered the doorway and tossed it almost carelssly on the sofa. He paused and looked back at Sabbat. He had nothing to say on the actual story. He felt it improper as he only had part of it. He gave nod, indicating he had gotten the whole of what had been spoken.
"One thing." Sydra said, his arms crossed against his chest. "While you're here, you can't drink in excess." Sydra paused, "I don't care how much you drink, you could be wasted. I don't care. It's your life." Before continuing he glanced at his ring, "But, you are not to drink around Armana."
More of a demand than a suggestion, Sydra gave a half shrug. "She doesn't deal well with it." His crimson eyes rolled, as he half mumbled something about the last thing he needed was a drunk empath and psychic on his hands.
Armana had disappeared for a moment. After teaching them to dance and the very basics of what she could in way of manners, she went to dig out some clothes for her companions. The very least she could do was provide nice clothes for them.
She pasued when she felt Sydra enter the house. "He brought comapny?" the thought made her half grin. It had been a long time since Sydra had even talked to anyone else. Well, spoken to them in a smei-kind way that could be considered pleasant. He had such abad habit of being cold.
Mikari:
Silpphire absent mindedly petted Plushie. It seemed that her mind was racing a mile a second too occupied by her thought to leave room for the outside world. She muttered things about what she had learned as if to make sure the information was still present in her memory.
"If you keep rubbing the same spot so much his fur is going to fall off" Pyromage knew it wasn’t true since Silpphire wasn’t petting Plushie that hard.
"Huh? Oh be quiet you. I didn’t catch what you said but by that look on your face I know it must have involved sarcasm" Silpphire replied.
"That predictable am I?" Pyro faked indignation.
Silpphire paused in the activity of petting Plushie when she heard Armana. "Who? Sydra? He’s back with someone?"
Fang:
Sabbat turned around, opened his jacket up so Sydra could see, looked down his pants quickly... so that Sydra couldn't see, and looked down his socks. "Sydra, does it look like I have any booze on me? Plus, I don't drink at parties, other people's houses, or at formal affairs. I think it's rude. Despite what you think about me, I really am quite polite. I'm not always a drunken bastard." Sabbat said, removing his shoes quickly, wiping the tiny smudge he'd made off of the floor, and placing them on what was, apparently, the shoe mat.
"Don't worry about Armana either. I don't get girls drunk... they get drunk around me. You don't give her booze, she won't have any." Sabbat said, quickly checking if he had put on clean socks that morning. Indeed he had, so he placed his foot back down on the floor. "I can go get my black suit later if I must. It's all black, with a white shirt and navy blue tie. I have a black Fedora with a navy blue trimline to match it. However, my best dress shoes are made for swing dancing, which you might enjoy with Armana, so I'll teach you how later. It amazes all the old people at parties and stuff because, supposedly, to 'this generation' it's a lost art. Haha." Sabbat said, and laughed with a side smile.
What Sabbat really had been checking for on him was a flask, which he'd convinently left home. Though it was only full of peach shnaps ((sp?)) he heeded Sydra's warning with care. He didn't need to piss off the person he was, A -helping, and B-going to help him. Sabbat detached the heavy rapiers and hung them over a coatrack. After the coatrack ellicited a creak, Sabbat switched the blades to the nearest table, which held the weight as it was supposed to.
Snow:
Armana gave a nod to Silpphire. "Sydra brought someone home with him." She paused, feeling out the unknown energy and emotions in her home. "A warrior, it seems." Again she paused, "No. Sabbat Calico." She gave a nod confirming she was sure that's who it was. The earlier meeting they had, she owuld not easily forget the man's energy.
Sydra ran his fingers through his har for a moment and looked up to the stair case. "This isn't about what I may think of you Sabbat." Sydra replied. "It's easy to tell you're decent enough." He motioned for Sabbat to follow him up the staircase so that he could delover the things he had bought to the proper people. "Armana, doesn't need to drink to get drunk. She only needs to be around someone who has been drinking."
Sydra paused at the top of the staircase, "I'm only giving you friendly advice, should you wish to come out of this scratch free. The last thing you need is to be mentally attacked." Again Sydra crossed his arms, "You see, Armana is empathic, as well as Psychic. So, for her sanity and our safety, do try and keep your thoughts and emotions guarded."
Mikari:
"Will he be going to the palace too? In my opinion the more the better. The Knight will be impressed that I’m the leader of such a big group" Pyromage nodded to himself picturing his entrance to the palace.
"Excuse me? You’re not the leader" Silpphire reminded him.
"Aw no fair, we should take turns or something" Pyro whines.
"I’ll think about it" Silpphire said though in reality she could only think of the event that awaited in the near future.
Fang:
"Oh, ok." Sabbat said, following Sydra upstairs. "I didn't know that. I thought she was acting a little weird when I got all raged earlier. That could be a problem though..." Sabbat said, thinking to himself. "The more I gaurd my emotions, the less powerful I am. My type of power thrives on the expulsion of emotions. I mean, I can hold them, but as I do, I get weaker and weaker. I haven't learned to do anything with my rage other than the hard skinned thing I do, and the massive amounts of physical strength I recieve. If I bottle it up, and let it out later... I don't even know what will happen." Sabbat, put his hands in his pockets. He knew exactly what would happen, and it wasn't pretty. The walls had been painted crimson. This of course, was before the curse, and now, Sabbat had no idea what the new efftect of it would be.
He walked up the stiar carefully, and removed the small ring he had wrapped around his pinky, and slipped it into his pocket. It was a simple gold band, the painful reminder of another thing the witch had taken from him. Viewing this every day, and the pain it brought back to his heart was something that would never let his resolve fade. Sabbat was always furious inside, which was probably why he looked the way he did. Big buff, and a bad attitude to match. Sabbat was the pinnacle of fear of a bar, however, no one believed him to be any trouble in the outside world.
"Sorry..." he said. "I'm a little bit touchy about my own personal status. If you haven't noticed, I get pissed instead of getting sad. When I get sad I physically shrink, as my size depends on my mood. The drinking only helps that. "I'll try my best to hide what I feel, but when it comes sparring time, I'm not holding anything back. You best get her away, because I really don't feel like having her get disturbed with the same process that runs through my head when I get pissed off. Who else is joining us?"
Snow:
"I'm not asking you to stop feeling." Sydra replied leaning up against the doorframe of the music room. "Only to control your emotions to the best of your ability."
Sydra crossed his arms, "Your rage ability, she knows it's a battle trait. She has her own defenses for battles." He looked in the room to see Armana kneeling to pet Plushie as she looked up at Silpphire and Pyro. "We do what we have to."
He looked at the few people gathered. "Our Lady Sillphire, she's our employer." He pointed to Silpphire who seemed a little distracted. "The boy next to her is her companion, Pyromage. A 'world class Fire Mage'." He looked at Kirin and Gabriel, but wasn't sure who they were. "I would guess some friends of Armana's as well."
Armana turned to greet the men at the doorway. "Evenin' gentlemen. Got everything done you needed to Syd?"
Sydra gave a nod. "Yes I did. You took care of what you could?"
Armana now nodded. "Mmhmm, clothes is the only thing left for my part. Pyro isn't confident with his manners yet, though."
Mikari:
Plushie loved all the attention. He had quickly become familiar with Armana and was already very comfortable around her.
Silpphire woke up from her daydream when she heard her name. She immediately smiled and greeted the guests. "Good evening!" 'Maybe a little too energetic but alright I think...' she though judging her own greeting.
"That's right" Pyro just had to agree with the world class fire mage part. "Hi" He certainly hoped e could keep his pyromania on hold until after the ball. A knight needed to have discipline and control and randomly setting things on fire was not the best way to display those characteristics.
Fang:
"Very nice to meet you all." Sabbat said with a wide smile. He looked over the current guests, and began making up his opinions about them. First was Pyro. World Class Fire Mage? at that age? Impressive. "Pyro, I'd love to see what you can do with fire later on today." Sabbat said with a happy smile.
He looked to Slipphire. She was very pretty, and seemed to be deep in thought directly after she had said hi. Sabbat thought she might have had some sort of secret stowed away in her, so he'd keep to himself for now.
"Who's the pup?" Sabbat asked.
Mikari:
Pyromage looked very happy to meet someone who wanted to see his fire. "I'd love to give you a demonstration!"
Silpphire woke up from her day dream instantly at hearing that. "Not a good idea."
"Relax, we'll just go outside so the house doesn't catch on fire" Pyromage replied. "Besides I'm in complete control here"
"We've best go out of the kingdom and away from the trees. That way you can be a pyromaniac without worries at least for a little while" Silpphire said.
"I told you there's nothing to worry about, I have perfect control over my fire... she's just kidding" He came closer to Silpphire and whispered "don't ruin my image!"
She rolled her eyes. "Yeah, just kidding."
Plushie looked at Sabbat with curiosity. "This is our friend Plushie" Pyromage introduced him. "She named him" he pointed at Silpphire.
"Knights don't point." As soon as the words were spoken he stopped pointing immediately.
Fang:
"I see." Sabbat said, laughing happily at the oddball asortment of people in the room in front of him. "Better do what Slippy says there Pyro. She's got everyone's best interests at heart." Sabbat smiled and paced across the room, looking into a bookcase, and pulling about a book on anger problems. "Seems like an entertaining read." Sabbat said with a laugh, smiling and placing it back. "Well kiddo, my powers are rage based, so if I'm ever too calm, I'll let you zap me with a little bit of fire."
"Now..." Sabbat began. "My end of the bargain, as Sydra and I talked about. "I help you folks out, and you help me with, well, let's call it freeing my brother. He's not in prison or anything, but he's imprisoned. As soon as we're finished with what we're doing, we hit to road to find Fang.
Mikari:
"I've never met anyone who wants to me to throw fire at them. You must be really special" Pyromage said. The happiness of a true pyromaniac shone is his eyes as it was the first time he was given the possibility to throw fire at someone with their permission, if needed.
"Don't over do it Pyro" Silpphire warned him.
"Hey if he says it's ok, then it's ok" Pyro insisted.
"Just be careful" Silpphire said.
"I could just use lightning... it's the purest form of fire and only the best fire mages can use it" Pyro said, that would be more of a zap.
It seemed that plushie had found a little ball and was currently bouncing it with his paw in a comical way. "Hey Plushie, were did you get that?" Silpphire asked. "Sorry he's like a child always touching things, but he's still more well behaved than Pyro."
"Hey!" Pyro complained. "A rescue mission sounds cool. If I'm not already the Knight's apprentice by the end of the ball I'll become he's apprentice after he hears about that."
Silpphire gave it some thought. She was pretending to be the evil witch and taking advantage of her reputation to live a comfortable life. She never though she would be lucky enough to see Nenshib again but now that she found him it was best to keep the witch stuff a secret. Surely such a noble knight would disapprove of such actions. A was not only a good thing to do but also an excellent cover for Nenshib. As for the people of the kingdom, if they believed she was the witch so easily the first time then they would believe it again should she need to use hr reputation in the future. "I agree, I want to go too."
Fang:
"Alright! Sounds great!" Fang said with a joyous smile on his face. "When can you show me what yer worth Pyro?" Sabbat said, eager to see what a world class fire mage could do. His mind raced with the possibilities of having one on his team. Maybe he could sever the hold over Fang with some elemental blasts to the crystal Fang was being held in. Maybe, just maybe, Pyro was Fang's way back into the real world.
Sabbat turned to Sydra again. "After me and Pyro have our little sparring match, I gotta run back to my house and get my dress suit for the occaision. It's black with barely noticable dark blue swirls on the jacket, that match the tie, and the shirt is also dark blue." Fang said, attempting to remember if he did anything outrageous to his clothing. "Hey, you can all come with me, and see my house! It's not as grand as this one, but it's nice, cozy, and clean. Most of all, it's out of the way. I hate disturbances while I sleep... it really gets my goat. I think I still have a mammoth turkey leg in there I could give to plushie if he wants it. I only took it home in good nature, the woman asked me to. I was never really much of a turkey person."
Sabbat stretched lazily and cracked his back. "Boy has this sure been a long day. Got into two fights, died my shirt with something, I forget what it was, got invited to see the prince, and made a huge step into getting my brother back. It'll be hard to fit it all in my diary.... JOURNAL! I meant journal!"
Mikari:
"Any time!" Pyro cheered, he paused and remembered what Silpphire had said. "If we're in a place with lots of space so I don't have to worry too much about the fire..."
Plushie stood next to Sabbat wagging his tail and making puppy sounds when he heard the possibility of getting a snack. He was one very happy wolf, who acted like a puppy, being petted and given attention and now maybe even more food.
"Aren't journals and diaries both books you write it? What's the difference?" Pyromage curiously asked.
"I knew it had been too long since your last childish question" Silpphire paused... "Um... well... I don't really know the answer."
And an anime sweat drop expression appeared on Pyro. "I thought so."
Fang:
"Whenever Sydra is ready, we'll hit the road. It's about a twenty minute walk from here, so we best get started now if we're in a hurry." Sabbat said, pulling a bit on his goatee. He checked his pockethingych again, seeing that is was already getting late. "Theres a big open feild next to my house Pyro. I bought the land from a farmer, which is why it is so far away, and never really took care of the soil. You can practice there for as long as you want, because it's six hundred yards before you'll hit any trees if you stand in the center. If you want, I'll set up targets for you also." Sabbat said, thinking back to the clay dummies he an Fang used to use. They were still piled up in the storage room, some with a great deal more damage than others. Fang's usually never made it through alive, so to speek, but Sabbat's all had deep slashes in them. Sabbat reached down and scratched plushie behind the ears. "Man pup, you would have loved Luna. The witch killed her a long long tim ago. She would have been, what, thirty one dog years old about now? She was a mixed breed husky-wolf. I loved that pup. She was so pretty, and she always wanted to cuddle."
"Yet another thing that..." Sabbat stopped noticing Pyro was listening. He quelled his long list of explatives, and chose a better word. "jerk... took from me. Ah, I'll leave such a sad story out of it, theres no reason to burden you with the details."
Snow:
At least they are all aquainted. Sydra thought. He half shuddered feeling Armana's icy glare upon hearing someting about a bargain. He gave a smile to his beloved. "It's nothing dangerous." he answered.
Armana scoffed at his blatant lie. It wasn't every day that Sydra made a bargain, and when he did it usually involved trouble. More than need be more often than not. She turned to Sabbat and Pyro. "Training might be best left for tomorrow." She looked rather apologetic, and a little pale.
Sydra gave a half nod, "Mm, we've a lot to cram into one night." He gave a sigh, and crossed his arms. Armana took Syd's arm and whispered something, then gave a nod and dismissed herself. Sydra mumbled a curse at himself, but then straigtened up. "We best hurry if we're going to teach Pyro manners, and get everyone ready." He turned to Silpphire, "Mi'lady, Armana is just down the hall third door on the left. She has some clothes that should fit you for the ball."
