"On what? Sydra asked trying to remain calm. He didn't have to read minds to know Armana was going to say herself. "Or who rather?" His crimson eyes narrowed to such a degree, Armana was sure he was squinting.
"As if you don't know the answer to that one." She chided. She leaned against the counter. "You know where this is going Sydra. Do you have to be angry about it?" She looked at him so confidently that he could only turn away.
"Never you." Sydra answered. "I'm supposed to take care of you!"
"And I'm supposed to take care of YOU. Out of the two of us, you need more care than I do right now." Armana retorted. "Syd you never let me help you. Do you trust me?"
Enraged by the fact that Armana was asking if he trusted her, he quickly turned on his heels, his cheeks flushed once more. "You know I do."
"Why do you let your lips say one thing and your body another?" Armana asked. "If you trust me, then just trust me!"
Sydra sighed. "With anything else, Mani. But not this."
"Through sickness and health Syd. Until death do us part! I won't watch you suffer any more."
"That's the point. I don't want to hurt you." Syd retorted.
"It hurts far more when you don't listen." Armana crossed her arms. No matter how she tried, she couldn't be angry with him. At least if she were angry her blood would be boiling, that should have been enough to set him off.
Sydra sighed, "No. No. No. No.No."
"You're still a stubborn little boy." Armana scolded, "Always chastising children who misbehave and don't listen. Hey Pot, do you mind getting overself sometime this century?"
"Excuse me?" came Sydra's growling reply.
"You heard me." the blond retorted. "If you don't like it. Do something about it. Don't just keep it locked away. Or have you forgotten, no matter what, I feel your pain. For someone who hears me and understands me so well, it's all in one ear out out the other with you."
"I don't even know who this is about anymore!" Sydra admitted, "Are you mad at me, what did I do this time? I don't listen enough, I don't take care of you, I don't trust you?"
"You see. In one, out the other." Armana grumbled.
"Mani, I'm not psychic, and I don't always mean what I say, but you talk in riddles! How in Hades am I supposed to understand anything you say?"
"Oh bite me!"
"Don't tempt me!"
"THAT'S THE POINT!" This echoed through the household, catching poor Dion off guard. He had been in the study tidying up.
The two turned from each other, both with crossed arms. Armana grumbled to herself, about how proud her husband was being. Sydra off-handedly commented how childishly Armana was being. Either way, they were getting no where fast, and Sydra could hear her heartbeat much clearer than he had before. He shuddered at the thought that he might hurt her, that she might be a victim of his curse. Worse yet, if she didn't die from the occurence, she would be just as cursed as he was. He was sure he wouldn't kill her, but he still refused to submit her to such a fate. His thoughts took over his greatest fear of losing her.
"So what?" Armana voiced, "You're afraid I'm going to die or be cursed? You think I'm that frail?" She didn't make an attempt to turn around. "I love you, Sydra. And I want to help. But you won't let me!" Her heart beat jumped, he could hear the blood swooshing through her veins. He had to admit, the more emotional she got, the more her blood pumped. Armana knew how to get what she wanted. Armana opened her mouth to continue, her finger pointing accusingly at her husband. She never spoke those next words and she didn't even realize what was going on until she felt the sharp pain. She closed her eyes, she didn't know why.
Her thoughts momentarily drifted, 'I trust you Fang. For Sydra, this has to work.'
Dion entered the kitchen only to see the two in what looked like an embrace. Dion cleared his throat, not that they couldn't do what they wanted where they wanted, it was just awkward for him. Sydra let go of Armana, she slid to the floor the collar of her dress ripped and bloodstained. It was only then that Dion realized what had happened. He rushed to Armana's side. "Master Sydra! What in the name of all that is holy have you done?"
"Stop it, Dion." Armana scolded. "You made that thing like I asked of you?"
"Of course, mi'lady." Dion nodded, pulling something from his pocket.
"My half is in the packet on the counter." Armana answered, "mix the two and then give it to me."
Sydra stood there. Almost another person. His mind racing at what he had just done. He wasn't sure if he was happy; in the fact htat now Mani might share the burden of this curse. Or shamed for having done it. As his thirst was met, he kneeled down. "Mani, I-"
"Unless it ends with 'love you so much.' Don't say anything." Armana accepted the mixture form Dion, forced herself to take it and sat there. She didn't quite know the efects it would have, but she did know it would work.

… Fang snapped his eyes open in the icy tomb. The angel wings were perfectly preserved and frozen in place. The witch had failed, miserably. She had d**n well known that Fang couldn’t be killed, and thought that the icy prison would hold him forever. Well, Fang had an eternity to figure out how to get out, and now had 5, give or take a wolf, to help get him the hell out. The sky was dyed purple at this angle, but not a sharp violet. It was more of a darker pink that swirled in with orange and red, almost the same color as the icy Iron Maiden that held Fang in place. He flexed, but the ice gave no leniency. He tried to open his furry muzzle, but the ice clamped it shut. The area was shut off from the sun, being over a dark rock overhang that blocked out the sun every d**ned time of the day. Fang was tired, dark, and alone. He was hungry, and as soon as he got out of the ice brick he was in, he was sure he’d want to eat the first non-owned animal he saw.
It was out the corner of his eye that he saw the movement in the bushes, taunting him. It was a deer, which had crawled into the cave to sleep. Fang’s eyebrows went up barely, as the ice restricted any forehead movement whatsoever. All he could think about was the field day he was going to have the second he got out. However his hunger never lasted too long, and his thoughts quickly lingered back to the intruder of Fang and Sabbat’s conversations. Armana her name had been, and she had listened in as Sabbat and Fang talked all whilst in the house. She was an empath, as Fang could tell, and was a very good one at that.
Once Fang had made communication with her, his whole central nervous system sparked back into action. His fur matted down and coated him completely, saving various functions enough heat to keep working in the frozen nothingness. Inside the cold tomb, it was absolute zero. It didn’t have a temperature. He could think freely, and look around now, to help Sabbat and Armana’s husband unfreeze him so he could have his second shot. All he needed was a simple charm from Armana, and as soon as she had taken it out from her jewelry cabinet, Fang had seen exactly what it was. The blood amulet. The amazing piece of magical equipment was suited to cancel any type of magical barrier or force field, and had been created by the witch herself. Anyone bitten by a vampire had to touch it at the same time as a vampire who had a strong connection to the bitten person.
The one loophole was this. Bitten, that was it. Not turned. Sydra probably would have gone crazy without the blood anyways, and Fang knew that the bite wouldn’t be strong enough to turn her with the potion she had had their butler concoct. The only downfall to the whole plan was that Armana had to feel the sharp pain in her neck. In a few days, Fang would be free, and he’d be yet another mercenary to hunt down the witch.
Once he found the wench, he would unleash all the fury that Heaven hath stored for such creatures.

After several moments of sitting there, the concoction Dion had made kicked in. First it seemed to do nothing but make Armana fuzzy headed. Then it made her feel really hot. She shifted, closing her eyes once more. "It tastes horrible." she groaned. She opened her eyes slowly to see Dion looking quizzically at her. Despite their past of not getting along, he was the only one who knew what s he had been working on. He was curious if it worked. She leaned over so Dion could check the wound.
His eyes expanded to such a level, they might have fallen out of their sockets. His thoughts stammered, as he could not even open his mouth. 'It's amazing! It's gone!'
Armana's hand rose to where the bite marks shoudlhave been. She gave a sigh of relief. It really did work. The wound was closed, so that meant, the rest of it should be working on stopping the curse internally.
Sydra who was now beyond bewildered had seen the wound close up on itself. His mouth gaped open as if to ask 'What the hell is going on?' Yet no words passed though his throat to his lips.
Armana took a deep breath, her condition was loss of blood, that was all. "I'm fine, Sydra. Thank you Dion." She shakily stood with Dion's help. Still amazed, he could do nothing but look at her in a new light. "However, this dress isn't going to be worn tonight." she joked. Her face was pale, but with rest she would be fine. She turned to look back at her husband, "Don't, get used to that."
Sydra shook his head a small smile cracking through. "Not at all." He was sure there was something more to Armana lately. He hadn't realized how strong she had become, or how qilling she was to help him. His tongue brushed against his fangs. It would be a few hours before he oculd hide them properly again. He gave a sigh and followed the two up the stair case.
"I think perhaps something red." Armana said to Dion as they entered the room where Sababt and Pyro were.
"Milady," Dion argued, "Red would be too much for your complexion. Perhaps a pale blue?"
"That will work nicely." She replied, as Dion and Sydra helped her sit on the bed next to Sabbat. Sydra felt a small stab of shame, even though he could hear Armana scolding him, telling him not too, as it was what she had wanted. In her weakened state, she didn't even see Sabbat until she had been sitting their long enough for Dion to bring three dresses to her. Once she did, she jumped, nearly out of her skin.

((Takes place before Sabbat’s post ended it right before it.))
“I certainly hope not” Pyromage said. If that was part of knight training he wouldn’t do it... oh who was he kidding? He’s waltz down the street in a pretty dress if it made him knightly though he doubted that would work since he had never seen The Knight or any knight in a dress.
Pyromage looked thought for a moment then smiled in realization. “Of course! How could I miss such an important quality.” This was a vital thing, how could he not see it before? “Mystery! If I show off too much I’ll lack mystery!”
He paused once more and thought about how many times he had been called a kid. “Silence... I need to learn... yeah I get it” he mentally kicked himself for announcing his discovery aloud. He had to keep his desire to be cool quiet, that’s what mature people did, wasn’t it? His thought about knightly things were left on stand by for later when he saw Armana arrive, she looked pale but why?

"Oh come now! Am I that ugly?" Sabbat said, taken aback by her reaction. "You look like you saw a ghost! What around here could possibly be scarier than your husband?" And quickly turning to Sydra said "no offense." Sabbat leaned back and placed his hand on the amulet he needed, and oddly enough, recieved a message from Fang at the same time.
'Sabbat! That peice of jewelry, that's the blood amulet!'
'That peice of crap?' Sabbat thought back to him.
'Yes! Get Sydra and Armana to hold it together, up so the light hits it. it will blast through the barrier!'
"Sydra!" Sabbat said quickly. "Collect your wife! We're going to free Fang."

Armana shook her head, "Not at all Mr. Calico. That's most certainly not it." Upon hearing the question of what could be scarier than her husband she giggled, and hard. She would have tried to stifle them, if she didn't half agree with it. "You're right," she whispered, "but he's not really that scary once you get to know him."
Hearing Fang's voice in such a manner caused Armana to jump again. She gave a small shudder at the tiny conversation. "Somehow, I thought it would be more complicated."
"And how far is Fang from here?" Sydra queried. "We have to be able to make it in time for the ball as well."
"We can be anywhere we need to in the blink of an eye." Armana half chirped. She was supposed to sound much more cheery, as she could teleport easily. However, she sounded rather tired. She gave a light sigh.

“What, who, where?” Pyro asked a bit confused by Fang’s words. Knights were not supposed to be confused. While Pyromage wondered f his idol ever felt confused and what he would do if he did the insistent poking of his shoulder became more insistent. “What is, oh hi, are you a friend of Armana and Sydra? You king of look like someone I know except she looks like a kid.”
“I could kick you for that and these shoes Armana lent me are pretty hard” Silpphire said pointing at her heals.
“It is you! Sorry it’s just that, well, you actually look your age for once, I mean you look, cool” Pyromage said.
“Really do you think Nenshib will like me?” It was only a matter of time until Silpphire went into another of her day dreams.
Pyro waves his hand in front of Silpphire. “She’s off in dreamland, I guess I should be joining her right about now but I’m curious. A knight needs to know what’s going.”
Plushie observed the people in the room. A lot had happened that day but he somehow knew it was only the beginning.

"Well, he's actually about a day's walk, but if any of you have any means of getting there faster, then by all means, let me know." Sabbat said, utterly confused. "How much time do we have left until the ball?" he said, almost excitedly.
In the back of his head, Sabbat knew that it wouldn't be too easy. There was always something guarding Fang, every time he went back there was something else new to thwart him from seeing his brother. But now, now he had help. He had a knight-to-be, an empath, and a vampire. But more than that he had Fang to help him.
But what Fang never told Sabbat was how the amulet would save him...
Sabbat leaned back on the bed, and grabbed his boots and jacket from the other side. "Can we go Sydra, do we have enough time? I actually...um... forgot when the ball was."

"I can teleport." Armana admitted to Sabbat, "If I have the strength, we can be there in a few seconds."
"It's, very soon, I'd imagine." Sydra replied. "We may not have enough time, I doubt it will be so easy to get to our destination." Sydra crossed his arms, much calmer than he had been all day. Apparently feeding naturally, really did a number for his mood. "Telling you no would be cold hearted."
"However," Armana chimed in, "If it can wait a few hours until after the ball, we won't have to make a days journey. After eating and some relaxation, I should have enough energy to teleport us to him. Your mind willing." She added.
If Sabbat would let Armana read his mind of the location where Fang was, it would be no problem to teleport them there. Only thing was, he had to be willing to let her in, she knew, most people were not so.

“Yeah. I guess it would be better then to wait for after the ball. After all he ain’t goin’ no where right?” Sabbat said, hanging his head low. “I guess I’ve waited all this time, I can wait another day.” He sat back on the bed, and stared at the ceiling. “I don’t know about the mind reading thing though…” Sabbat said. “Sydra told me that you being an empath you’re very susceptible to other people’s emotions, and I really don’t hold much control over mine. If you read my mind, you might not like what you see.” Sabbat unhooked the rapier from his belt and gazed into the beautiful diamond blades. “There’s a lot of bad stuff packed away in there. I don’t know… I really don’t. There’s no way I can draw it out for you on a map or something?” Sabbat was honestly worried about all the others things he didn’t want anyone to know about…
Before Sabbat had become friends with Fang, before he had become brothers, Sabbat was created to destroy Fang, and hurt a lot of people in doing so. He had wiped out towns, cities, and sometimes even miles of land if he had to get to Fang. Sabbat’s rage powers were insanely powerful, and before he’d learned to control them, he’d gone on a rampage and done whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. There had been the cruel murders, the torture for information, before Sabbat’s own creator had turned against him and attempted t destroy him for not killing Fang fast enough. Sabbat, eventually turned the tables on her with a quick mind and bit of help from Fang.
But his past darkness, what he would never be able to receive retribution for, would always haunt him.
“If you agree… to never tell anyone what you see… To never let anyone know who I was or what I did. If you agree to never ask me about it, or hold it against me, we can do the teleportation after the ball.” Sabbat said, turning his head to the side. “I can never let that surface again, and every bit of common sense I have is telling me to walk away from this… But I can’t. I have to save my brother.”

“Right, we can’t miss the ball because Nenshib will be there, he invited us, it’s a huge honor” Silpphire proceeded to give a speech about prince Nenshib’s greatness while Pyromage nodded in agreement.
After Silpphire was done Pyromage added his bit to the speech. “This will be like those knightly stories where the main character goes to a ball. After talking to his hero and comrade he promises to return victorious from an adventure and goes off on a quest, a noble quest like saving a comrade's brother.” Now Silpphire nodded in agreement.
Plushie was amused, it seemed his human companions always found ways to amuse him.

"A map might work." Armana agreed, "It would just be much easier if you could give me a single clear vision of where he is." She paused, "Don't worry." she then said, "Everyone will get what they want." She took a small breath, feeling the downward change of Sabbat's emotions. Despite her weakened state, she stood from the bed to move, if only to lessen the intake of the emotion. She leaned on one of the bedposts, it was the farthest she could get. "Mr. Calico," she started, "don't let it trouble you. I'm sure I can find another way."
She pondered for a moment. It may be easier to draw the image from Fang, than Sabbat. It also might prove less painful. Enlightened by Pyromage and Silpphire's antics she gave a small smile. "Sydra, you still need to change." This of course was not pointing out that she needed to as well. Dion, who was quietly pulling out clothes for Sydra gave a small chuckle. Sydra made such a huge deal of the time, now, he had all but forgotten that he had not even gotten ready.
He took the clothes from Dion, stepped into the bathroom, changed and came back out. It was a little on the difficult side to tell if he had changed at all. All of his clothes seemed to hold a nobleness to them. At least until he put on his coat. It was black (as most of his clothes were) lined with gold etchings, that oddly, did not stand out too much or make the piece look horribly decorative. He had also pulled his hair back. They were the two real features you could see stand out from before.
Armana bit her lip. When did he get so handsome? She gave herself a good scolding before relishing in the thought she was married to such a handsome man and that he couldn't read her mind. "You clean up nicely, Syd." she teased.
Sydra only raised an eyebrow. Something told him, she was planning something. Hah, but he always thought that about her, it always seemed to sparkle in her eyes. "Of course." he replied. "Are you going to stand there all evening?"
"Yes." Armana replied her eyes slightly narrowing, at least, she didn't feel so light headed. "Not at all." She reached for him and drug him in the bathroom to help her change. She'd have asked Silpphire, but that seemed a little odd, as she wasn't sure how to explain the cut dress or blood. Especially since not everyone knew Sydra was a vampire. So far, the blood that had been caught on the dress had gone unnoticed.
A pale blue dress with slender straps traced along every one of her features. She had to compliment Dion on this choice, she felt gorgeous in it. She pulled her hair up into a fancy twist, took it down and grimaced. She normally wore her hair up. She looked to Syd for the answer. Upon seeing his look of disinterest in her hair she didn't even bother to ask. She looked at Sydra, she had been used to catching him trace her body with his mind. Still, everytime, she couldn't help but feel flattered.
"You think I'm gorgeous.." Armana chirped.
Sydra snapped to attention opened the door and left his wife using the sink for support. Sydra did what he did best - grumble about his wife's psychic abilities, and her apparent joy at reading his mind.
Armana left the bathroom slowly, she leaned up against the door frame. She could only smile to her husband and look upon the rest of the group. "I think, the messanger should be here soon enough." She turned to Dion, "Dion, would you go wait for them?"
"Of course." Dion gave a nod, a bow and dismissed himself.

"Gabriel." Kirin said and poked him in the leg.
"Yes?" he replied looking down at her.
"Gabriel." she repeat poking a little harder.
"Yes?" he answered again.
"Gabriel." she tugged on his pants.
"Yes, Kirin." he said remaining his composer.
"Is there gonna be food at the party?" she asked finally realizing he was paying attention already. "Why won't you answer me?" asking before he got a chance to answer. "Hey, why are you ignoring me?" she accused the older man.
"Kirin." Gabriel spoke, kneeling down and grabbing her face with both hands. "Probably. You did not give me a chance and I was not ignoring you." he answered the questions that seemed to have been asked in one breath.
"Oh kay." she mad a peace sign and smiled. Gabriel patted her on the head. Kirin zoomed off to see Silpphire.
"Silpphire, what's Prince Nenshib like?" she blinked innocently. "I've never met him. Oh and he will so like you 'cause you are likable and anyone who doesn't like you has serious dumb problems." she added smiling.

Silpphire looked very happy. Any cheerful talk about her and the price was quite welcomed. “Do you really think so? Thank you! The prince is” at this point she got a dreamy look “he’s amazing. He’s more handsome than a fairy tale prince with his silvery white hair and teal-green eyes, noble, honorable, a perfect gentleman and very nice!”
“One day someone will be saying those things about me... one day when I’m a knight...” Pyromage’s words were not directed at anyone in particular but he was rather thinking aloud.
xoxoxoxox
The door bell was heard several times clearly the one at the door wasn’t even giving anyone time to answer it before ringing again. In front of Sydra and Armana’s home there was a large elegant carriage adorned with jewels. It was pulled by four magnificent unicorns that were apparently accustomed to the job and seemed very calm perhaps too calm.

As soon as the rings came, Dion promptly opened the door. It took him a minute to get through the house and down the staircase, but he was there. Just as he was told. Dion looked rather annoyed at the person who had rang the bell. Didn't even wait a moment before ringing again and again.
Upstairs, Armana gave a forced smile and a sigh. "There's the bell. I hope everyone's ready."

"Yep." Sabbat said, now fully dressed in his suit as he stepped from the bathroom. His hair was slicked back, as it was shorter than Sydra's and could not be tied back into a ponytail. Along with the black suit, and white shirt, he had adorned a black silk tie, a gold necklace, ring, and bracelet, each of which his grandmother had given him, or at least, who he had considered his grandmother. "Well." He said. "I'm go." He whipped out a pair of shades from his jacket, small, but sleek looking sunglasses that let no one see his eyes. Something he had almost always worn in public, lest someone recognized those horrifying eyes.
Sabbat trotted downstairs, and blew past Dion. He was the first one in the carriage, and therefore grabbed a window seat.

Outside the door there was an elegantly dressed man about thirty with a big nose and a little black hat. Apparently he was the driver. He opened a scroll and began to monotonously read a formal invitation from prince Nenshib without pausing as if it was all one big sentence. After that he stepped back signaled someone.
Another carriage was parked behind the first much smaller and less elegant pulled by regular horses. An assortment of bishounen and bishoujo in black and white uniforms steeped out of the second carriage to ‘inspect’ the guests. A pretty brunette poked her head inside the carriage. “Approved” she said before moving on to the next guest with the crew. A chorus of “approved” followed as they looked each person up and down.
“This is weird” Silpphire couldn’t help it but to think so. At least she was approved so she had no complaints.
“I was approved too so that means I look knightly right?” Pyromage wondered.
“Before we go bathe the beast” The big nosed driver said.
“Yes sir!” The crew in the black and white uniforms hurried to get their supplies out of the second carriage. In a split second they had a tub set up in front of Sydra and Armana’s house. They dragged Plushie into it or rather tried but the wolf growled and pushed them away.
“Plushie please behave yourself” Silpphire reminded him.
“C’mon Plush you need to look knightly too” Pyro added.
After that the wolf stayed still though he wasn’t too happy about his bone being taken away while they scrubbed his fur and put flowery shampoo on him, to him it was just smelly. Within ten second everything was done a slightly annoyed wolf wearing a bowtie fallowed Pyromage and Silpphire into the carriage.

Sabbat looked out the door to the scene outside, where he had previously heard growling, but it had ceased. When he pushed the curtain back, he saw a neatly groomed Plushie, looking very unhappy with a bow tie around his neck. He looked very tame and professional, though Sabbat knew better than to assume that. He had seen the happy puppy-like wolf cuddling and wagging his tail plenty-a-time and he had only known him for a few hours. Though Plushie reminded him a great deal of Fang. Even as an adult, Fang had always hated bathing in anything but a river.
Sabbat then saw Pyro and Silpphire exit the building, wearing their best dress, and Sabbat had to say, they both looked very suave. However, having a short attention span, Sabbat ended up admiring the inside of the carriage again. The seats were a very shined up leather, and the walls were covered in crimson velvet with golden trim. The drapes, or curtains, or whatever the heck they were seemed to be the same material as the walls. It was almost like this carriage jumped right out of a fairy tale and into Sydra's yard.
Sabbat looked at the necklace that matched his rapiers, which he never removed from his sides. Soon he'd be replacing them with Saber Claws, his favorite weapons of all, but he'd always have a place for his dual rapiers made of diamond. They had slain countless foes, however, unfortunately most of those foes had been on the better side, and Sabbat had been mistaken. However, Sabbat was determined to find retribution for his actions, whether his gods would let him or not. He looked down to his watch, a silver that matched the handles of his swords.
It was almost time to leave.

Sydra pulled the cloak from the couch and pulled it on tightly. He always took the extra precaution of covering as best he could before stepping into the sunlight, even when twilight was just around the corner. Sydra's disapporvement of having to be approved radiated form him, as he walked by the attendents. "Hmph" crossed his throat in a grumbling sound as he passed the lead. He saw a shiver run up their spine, that sufficed enough for him.
As if echoing Silpphire's words to Plushie, Armana chimed to Sydra's mind. 'Behave.' Armana lagged behind the rest of hte group, going over something with Dion. Making sure the man understood every word. He nodded and assured her that he did. But for her mind's sake, he made her repeat herself one more time, making a total of three.
She stepped into the carriage with Sydra's help, then he climbed in himself. Only thinking that it was wrong as well as annoying that they had to be approved. Why had they been invited if they needed to be approved. Needless to say, Sydra suspected something was up and Armana got to hear all about it. She tried to ignore the thoughts as she put on a pair of earrings that she hadn't had a chance to attend to earlier.
She gave a sigh before setting her hand on her husband's. "Try and enjoy yourself?"
Sydra looked to Armana and gave a nod as well as a semi-forced smile. "Of course." Truth be told, he had gotten used to avoiding parties and fancy to-dos since he and Armana had been married. In fact, he thought he gained even more contempt for people than before. The thought caused him to think on things of his past, especially things he didn't want to. One being how he became a vampire at all. As far as he could remember, he woke up with the curse that he now tried to ignore.

Meanwhile at the palace King Aleth was walking around congratulating people on a job well done and complementing the decorations, food (thought he was yet to try it), the musicians rehearsals and every other little detail. Nenshib couldn't help it but to roll his eyes and discretely shake his head. "A wonderful idea!" the king cheerfully said. "Wonderful indeed, it's so nice to have these balls but why not invite more people? It is short notice but I'm sure that if we had told them from this afternoon many of them would have made room in their schedule."
"It's a private party father." Nenshib gave him a faked smile then remember his adoptive father was under his hypnotic powers so he didn't need to fake it all that much so he left the king to continue spreading his sunshine mood and went to talk to the guards. "Make sure no one who's not on the guest list comes in." He didn't want anyone freaking out because the witch was those and those who were invited lacked the hypnotic command that made them react to the star ruby necklace.
"Yes, your highness" The armored guard replied. Within second the image of Nenshib in the mirror-like shiny armor vanish and the guard was off to continued his watch as well as inform the others that the prince had repeated his order which could only mean that it was very important.
Minutes later Nenshib reappeared in his room. He was ready for the night's activities yet he didn't want to be in anyone's presence until it was time. He had already sent for the special guests, he would teleport back when they arrived.
