Snow made no comment when the opportunity presented itself. But was quite content to think 'This is Reno we're talking about', but she gave a nod to Hikou. She pondered that maybe a visual would help the blind Reno, but she then decided that possibly damaging Shinra property was not a good idea.
"Maybe not blind." Snow finally answers, "I'd hate to have to try and land..."

Even though he had now spotted them, it was not like it would be easy to retrieve them. He groaned to himself and tried to decide the best way to do this. But kept all plans to himself until Rude gave him something more solid. They must've had something, otherwise they wouldn't need the chopper.
The rope ladder was a good idea as long as they didn't have to carry anything extra up.

Rude stares at his phone in confusion for a brief moment before turning to Reno. Assuming he's been left out of the lingo-loop again, he says, "They've got a 'Spitter'?"
-
"We have no box," Hikou states psuedo-wisely.

"Yes, a broken Spitter," Mikari added, over hearing Rude's statement.
"That's too bad," she commented about the lack of box.

"Probably wouldn't do us much good anyways." Snow comments glancing down to the boy. He was just a little more useful alive.
--- 'Spitter' played over and over in Reno's head and he could not fathom what that was supposed to be. But he assumed it would need carried. "Tell them to keep it in place and we'll lower the ladder," he grumbled something about them making his work impossible.

It was no easy task, keeping the uncertainty out of his voice when Rude said, "Keep the Spitter stable," as if he knew what he was talking about, "we're sending the ladder down."
But he was Rude, so he did, and sounded phenomenally ridiculous speaking like a secret agent about a boy with bum leg.
-
Hikou was staring at the boy seriously now. Situation warranting, she would've liked to send him up on a board, so as not to move him in any dangerous way. She'd no idea what sort of damage might have been done to his nervous system, and didn't want to take the chance of worsening any spinal injuries that had not yet been identified...
But she'd also already flipped and flopped him around and out of the building, so what was the point?
"Are one of the brutes at least going to come down and do it, or do I have to haul his ass up myself?"

Stable? It looked as if they were having a hard enough time keeping the boy conscious. "C'mon guys we're sick of dragging the Spitter," though Hikou had done most of the carrying anyway. "Come down here and pick it up!" Mikari paused for a moment and busied herself ranting, "hey Reno! If you had pushed the button faster Spitter would be under a ton of wreckage right now! Totally. Your. Fault." Because someone had to be blamed about anything and everything that annoyed her, because annoying Reno was so much fun, and even if she didn't actually know if the boy unofficially code named 'Spitter' had actually been under the plate until the last moment as her baseless hypothesis stated.

Snow's eyes rolled. There was no response appropriate enough for Mikari and hardly any way to respond to Hikou. A sigh pushed its way through her lungs and she imagined that the proper materia might be useful. Gray eyes looked at the boy long and hard before she decided she should climb the ladder first.
"I'll take care of it." she said, and as soon as the ladder was within her reach she had climbed it and secured herself into the chopper. It was a good thing Shinra still believed in medical emergencies.
Her hands quickly moved as she went through what seemed like half the compartment but upon finding the desired item she unfolded it, secured the line and lowered down the gurney. It took a bit of extra work, but at least now, Hikou wouldn't have to drag the kid up.

Hikou watched idly as the gurney swayed in front of her, a little more than a meter off the ground. She had to hand it to Reno, he was a more than qualified pilot.
Wedging an arm behind the boy's back, and another under his legs she moved to lift him up onto the swinging platform, grumbling something about men being useless.
It was a little startling when his head lolled against her collarbone, much like she might imagine a tired child would do.
It was disconcerting to say the least, enough to stop her griping for a few moments as she tried to push him up onto the gurney. It took a few moments of swaying, but eventually she shoved him all the way on and pulled the straps tight across his chest and legs.
Biting her lip, she gave two quick tugs on the rope the boy was now suspended from, indicating she was finished with her part.

"That went well," Mikari commented, at least the boy was still in one piece and on the chopper. Now she assumed it was time for all the Turks to get in the chopper and happily fly home with their new pet. Climbing was not one her favorite activities, climbing a less stable medium such as a rope ladder was even worse, however Mikari did like helicopter rides. Instead of feeling sick she actually enjoyed the soft movement of helicopter as flew.

"What's taking you so long?" Reno called back.
"Securing the spitter!" Snow shouted forward and she felt two tugs and knew she had to pull the kid up. It seemed like the process should have been slower, but she managed as though she had done it before. focusing on the spitter was helping the nausea that would most likely settle in. She pulled the gurney up and secured it in a compartment; she went back to the first aid kit and popped something into her mouth before popping her head out of the chopper.
"Reno's getting impatient!" she called, but doubted that her voice would carry over the whipping winds.

Mikari hard something that sounded like syllables with an e and o something more and i pa e t... She placed the missing pieces in with the unidentifiable sounds in between as clues. "I've been impatient since we found the Spitter!" And she started to climb up the annoying rope ladder.

Hikou scowled, unable to tell exactly what was transpiring above her, but fairly certain it equated to Reno being a punk again.
The ladder was somewhat a struggle as she tagged along behind Mikari. In basic training she was used to running the whole thing on upper body strength alone, too preoccupied to usually deal with having to use her feet to keep balance, but when she moved to haul herself up the sharp pull in her arm nearly dropped her back onto her feet, and the girl was forced to slowly putz her way up the unsteady bit of string.
Her frown deepend, tired mind worn well enough into Mikari's words to imagine thing would be infinitely easier and somehow less painful if Reno could've just mystically landed the aircraft.

Mikari grumbled about the unsteady rope ladder, blown in the wind created by the helicopter. The ladder tangled at her feet and it annoyed her but she kept going up wondering if she should have stayed for last so Hikou didn't have to deal with the added movement that came from untangling her feet when ever they got caught in they ropes.

Snow's head popped out of the compartment again to check on the status of Hikou and Mikari. She ignored Reno yelling about telling those two to go faster. She imagined he never had to climb a rope ladder. And if that were the case, one day she'd oblige him the experience.
Her hand reached out for Mikari so that she could help pull her up.

Mikari adjusted her footing in a way that she wouldn't accidentally kick Hikou on her way up, or pull Snow down and out of the helicopter. When she thought she was stable enough she reached she Snow hand and finished climbing in. She said something incomprehensible under the noise that could have been anything from 'thanks' to 'mission accomplished'. Then she walk over to Reno grabbed a bit of his hair and childishly gave a tug. She was quite childish when she was a little annoyed, snappy and moody when she was really angry.

Hikou clawed her way up and into the copter, pausing for a moment just inside of the open door to catch her breath. Her eyes immediately sought out the boy, and seeing he was secure, she was forced up and into motion, flopping away from the door into a lazy slouch.
She hadn't really realized how ridiculously exhausted she was until she sat still for a few moments, on her way back to the safety of red-carpeted offices and unnecessary paperwork.

"Hey hey!" Reno half argued from his headset and chair as he tried not to spin the chopper around in reaction to Mikari. "If everyone's on board we're leaving."
"Go Reno." Snow confirmed, "And make it quick."
She knelt down to Hikou, ignoring Reno grumbling about moody women. She tried to speak but found herself at a loss, but when the got back to the building she'd hope had the common sense to send them for a shower and some rest.

Mikari was someone amused by the little extra movement of the chopper when she pulled Reno's hair. She liked the soft movements of vehicles and never got sick from them, if anything they put her to sleep along with the comforting noise of machines. She considered doing it again, just for the fun of it but remembered there were people on board who might get sick from the unnecessary movement so she didn't. Then she realized how thirsty she was, "I want and icy can of Pepsi."

Hikou's face tensed from relaxation to a tight-fitted frown. "Well, I demand overtime pay. This is ridiculous!" she shouted, ignoring the fact that she was the one who requested the second mission to begin with. "48 hours of straight missions?"
Hooking a hand over one of the pilot's seats, she rapped Reno on the side of the head, as if knocking on a door (admittedly, a door with no one behind it). "And what the hell was that bogus report you filled out?"

For a moment Mikari wondered if they should just declare this 'pick on Reno day' it would be tons of fun. She didn't care much for paper work as long as she didn't had to file it and always got it done in a rush when she did, though it turned out pretty well most of the time and didn't really look as rushed as it was. "We should all get a bonus for this."
