Catzuki blinked. An Okami? She must be Seth the other member of the crew. Well she sure liked to talk that was for sure. With all her annoyance still directed at Chaos, and because Aya was there, Catzuki decided to keep quiet for the time being.
"Seth slow down, that's way too many questions" Gojaru said. "and I don't need to kill anyone... for now" He paused looking from Seth to Catzuki. It seemed she was quiet since Seth didn't really allow much room for anyone to get a word in. The neko's expression was unreadable and at the time the captain couldn't tell if she was annoyed, curious or amused.

Chaos grumbled but said nothing, while Yuki continued to look over Aya's status.
Aya could only watch as more people gathered and began to speak. "Hi Seth-chan." she voiced in recognition of her Okami pal, but really could not keep up with everything she said. "I'm sorry, Seth, I didn't catch any of that." she responded in a whisper. She was feeling awfully light headed. She put her hand on her head for amoment, before leaning against Chaos for support.
"I'm happy to see every one again." Aya commented, "The doctor says, I'll be blind soon."

"Aya-chan are you sure? There has to be a mistake" Catzuki switched between looking concerned for Aya and glaring daggers at Chaos as if blaming him for 'not taking care of Aya'. If looks could kill he would have died a million times already.
Gojaru appeared to be about to say something but whatever it was he forgot. "Yuki-chan?" Though he didn't finish he was asking if anything could be done.

"It seems their taking this time or they forgot about you, elf"
Hakimo couldn't see the man that was speaking as a tick locked door was in the way. "I don't mind waiting, it's bad enough that I'm troublesome enough to need rescuing. If they don't come for me I won't be angry, I prefer not to be a bother to anyone. I was wondering where you went. I thought we could talk for a while. Guard duty must bore you sometimes."
"I'm no about to have a friendly conversation with the prisoner." He slipped something under it.
"White chocolate! Thank you!"
"It's not chocolate, they're basic vatamins and nutrients condensed into a bar. It'll keep you alive but it's tasteless."
"Oh that's fine, it's a healthy meal. I appreciate that you bring me food couple of days, thank you"
The guard shook his head. Normally anyone would complain about not being fed. He wasn't sure if the elf was really that selfless or if he had lost his mind already.

"That's what the doctor said a few days ago." Aya answered, her eye sight didn't seem to be doing much better since then either. "Which is why I sent a message to Gali about wanting to see him." She smiled, his presence was comforting to her.
As Yuki looked over the charts, she couldn't help but grimace. She gave a nod to confim what Aya had just said, but kept the rest of the information about the Neko's health to herself. "Ah, well...I think since that's the case; we should give them some time alone." Yuki said hinting that she wanted to talk to everyone there, except for Chaos and Aya.
Her head seemed to motion to follow her out so she could let Gojaru, Catzuki and Seth know what was going on.
Chaos only waited paitently for the room to be cleared out.

Catzuki gave Chaos another deathly glare. She was still convinced that he was no good enough for Aya. She would have said grumbled about how Aya shouldn't have to send him a message and that a caring husband would not leave her side in the first place but even if Aya was ill there was still a chance she could hear it when she only meant for Chaos to hear it. Catzuki really didn't like having to hold back when she had something to say. She remained rooted to the stop even after it was clear she and everyone else save for Chaos and Aya had been asked to leave.
"Miss Nekish" Gojaru said quietly. The neko gave him an arrogant glance. He looked towards Aya's patient charts then the door.
Catzuki got the message, 'come outside if you want more information'. She felt like she was abandoning Aya by leaving her alone with Chaos. With a final warning glare towards him that seemed to say 'you better be good to Aya' she followed the others out of the room with a trail of scratches on the floor. She never really liked wearing shoes.

Chaos ignored her, he could tell it would become a very normal thing for him. Much like blinking. He looked at Aya and gave he a small smile as she looked at him in such a way that reminded him to behave.
"I'm trying." Chaos grumbled. "That woman is impossible to deal with!"
"She's just concerned." Aya reassured.
--- Yuki looked over the charts and waited for everyone to put on their listening faces. She read it over knwoing htat most would not udnerstand hte docotr terminology. It was tough translating sometimes. "Is everyone ready?"

"Any time Yuki-chan" Gojaru spoke a little more quietly than he usually would.
Catzuki's nature seemed to be glaring so that didn't really change. "Speak" surprisingly it was more a concern for Aya than an order.

Yuki began to read the file.
Among Aya losing her eyes sight, her body had seemed to be naturally frail. That was noted several times that even if she were to get a simple cold, she would probably not make it. as the list of things went on, it really seemed like Aya Masque was cursed. She had symptoms for just about everything. She had a bad cough, her lungs were often filled with fluid and she had really bad headaches.
"It seems like they don't actually know what's wrong with her." Yuki grumbled at the end. "What good is the staff here if they can't even pinpoint the problem?"
yuki began to ponder. Perhaps keepin gAya locked up here was another reason for her constant sickness.

Aja was alive, at least that was better than how Catzuki how thought things were but she was in pain and she didn't want that. "Then find better staff, aren't you supposed to be a doctor? Aja will have the best treatment, I didn't find my friend to leave her like this... There has to be something..." Catzuki hated to feel helpless, she wanted to decapitate Chaos even more but that wouldn't really solve the problem, for now.
"Yuki is a doctor, best one I know." Gojaru felt he couldn't let the implications pass though clearly, the neko ignored his comment.

"I am a doctor." Yuki replied, "however I am stationed with the Starlight Falcon, not here. I also do not run the place. Some of us aren't as fortunate as you Miss Nekis. we don't all have social status to back us up." She looked at Catzuki. "They are suppsoed to be the best doctors, but even I'm finding their care lax." She blinked slowly. "Please do not take your frustrations with the staff here out on me, I am doing my best." Yuki was calm.
She ignored Catzuki's biting tone and returned to Gojaru. "We've done what we can by leaving her here, Gojaru." It was a serious case when Yuki did not add -san. "I think it might be better for her to come with us. We may not have as many of the facilities, but if her situation is so grim she should at least be with her husband."
She crossed her arms. "It's that or Chaos will stay here. As much as most of us might encourage that. We do need him."

"Social status? I couldn't care less about that," for once Catzuki sounded sincere. Though she found most people to be annoying, she found them annoying whether they were rich or poor. Then she remembered how difficult it was to get certain things, medical attention included, without the use of force and guns in the past, that was before she met Hakimo and he assured her, that if a single hair on her pretty head was ever sore, she had his family's team of doctors to rely on. "Then I'll take it out on them." Catzuki narrowed her eyes. "Aja is a precious friend, she deserves the best and if anyone hurts her of fails to help her, I'll make sure they pay."
For Gojaru it was odd to see Catzuki caring about anyone other than herself, Cotton or Hakimo and to be so protective, but decided to reserve his comments on the situation. Clearly Aja and Catzuki knew each other in the past. "You're right..." Gojaru agreed. He knew it was a painful situation for everyone, especially for Chaos. He tried hard to show a little more of his carefree nature even if it took some work. "Aja just needs to get out of those four walls. She'll feel better with a change of scenery."
Catzuki remained quiet for a few moments. She didn't like Aja's choice of husband, with Aja being her only friend for so long in the past, Catzuki became protective of her and thinking she was dead was terrible. If anything it made her temper much worse. Now that Aja was alive and Catzuki wasn't going to 'abandon' her. "If it's ok with Aja then it's fine by me. I'll see if I can contact Cure Valley since it's on the way, for better supplies that is." Cure Valley was a famous medical research center with plenty of latest equipment and supplies. Catzuki had no intentions of asking Aja to stay there, hence why she specified it was for supplies. In her mind, she had to keep an eye on her friend and that was the only way to make sure she was alright. Their research was confidential but she, or rather Hakimo, had connections to obtain it, and if that didn't work she was more than willing to charge in there and take what she needed. Maybe whatever information they might have could work as a start to finding a more effective treatment for Aja.

Hearing Cure Valley perked up Yuki's ears. "That would be very helpful! If we could get there, then I could very well make something." She paused to think, "I mean, as soon as I can pinpoint exactly what it is. It will take time, but hopefully not more than we have." Yuki gave a sigh of relief, "Thank you Miss Nekish!" This was both from her and from Chaos, as she knew he'd never say it. It was also for being Aya's friend.
----- Chaos shifted as Aya looked at him. "What?"
"I was just thinking how handsome you are." Aya replied. "I've missed you while you were away."
"I've missed you too." He sat on the bed next to her, and rearranged their positions so they could lay together. His head rested on hers. "How are you feeling?"
"Surprisingly," Aya giggled, "Much better. I'm so sick of being here." She gave a sigh but continued. "DO you think maybe I could get back on the crew?"
His eyes glanced down. "Get back on" he scoffed, "You have to leave it first. But yeah, I think the Cap'n would allow it..I don't know though. Aya, if you think its better..."

"Just try to cure her..." Catzuki pulled a small communication decide from her pocket. Water proof and resistant to almost anything. She searched it's memory for a number and pressed a button to call.
A hologram came out with a man displaying on it, a doctor judging by his clothes. "Miss Nekish, how are you feeling? You bring good news I hope."
"We haven't rescued Hakimo yet, but I was reunited with my dearest friend Aja. We're passing by Cure Valley. Get everything ready for us. I want the entire professional population of Cure Valley working on Aja's treatment. Also a doctor will be going, get things ready for her."
"Of course Miss Nekish, right away!" Dr. Lait was know for his research and 'miracle cures' which got him to be the head of Cure Valley, a place that gathered medical doctors and scientific researches from all over the galaxy to try to find cures for as many illnesses as they could.
After the conversation, Catzuki gave Yuki a serious look. "You must never speak of what you see at Cure Valley. The research is top secret and medicines are not to be released to be used until they are finished and tested. They'll probably want you to sign a contract or something promising your silence before letting you in." Catzuki failed to mention that cures that would destroy the profitability of temporary relief medicines were not to be released at all; but this was a special case, without the Dibu's generous contributions each year, the budget would be cut and hence they needed to be kept happy. The rumors about Cure Valley's withheld information were common knowledge, but there was no solid proof.

Yuki gave a slow nod as she watched the Neko, then gave a giggle when she was told she had to keep everything a secret. She looked at Gojaru then back to Catzuki. "I think I can handle that Miss Nekish."
If she could not keep a secret she probably never would have made the crew in the first place. After all no one lines up and signs to join with a pirate crew. And the few who do are sworn to secrecy. At least, Yuki was. For instance, Chaos still had a habit of piracy and would use that to his advantage but would use an excuse that it was to save money on supplies. Or they were making money for repairs.

"Fine then," someone should tell me when we're ready to leave. I don't want to talk to anyone except Aja until we get there. " Catzuki walked off grumbling something about bottling up her temper for Aja's sake.
"Maybe she won't try to too me for he next few hours," Gojaru half joked, though having an violent neko trying to cause his death, or more often injury, wasn't any fun.

"I think Miss Nekish is really kind." Yuki pondered aloud. "She just doesn't know how to show it. I think she had it really hard growing up and it has made her untrusting and rough as an adult." her hands traced over the file, "You'll be fine Gojaru-san. If not for your own sake, at least for the crew's. We need you, so don't let a hurt kitten get the better of you, okay?" She smiled, "And if you do get injured, you know where to find me."
She glanced at her watch. "We should probably get things moving along. Who knows how Chaos plans to deal with out new plan. He might protest, if that is the case; what will you do? He can be quite forceful - though I'm sure no match for you - it is usually best not to provoke him when Aya is involved. " She paused to think, "And beyond him, we'll have the medical staff here to deal with."

"A kitten... she really is like a child, an child. I'm not sure where you see her kindness but I'll trust you with that." Catzuki annoyed Gojaru not only because she was mean to him, but because she was mean to the crew. Furthermore women were not supposed to try to kill him, they were supposed to instantly have a crush on him, and her lack of liking bugged him. Sure he wasn't going to go out with someone who was engaged, he didn't expect to be liked beyond a glance, but the glance never took place for what could have been the first time since he remembered. He quietly laughed only in his mind, glad to have Yuki. "I'll come looking for you even if I'm not injured Yuki-chan."
"The medical staff here wont be a problem, they're not Aja's babysitters they're here to help her not keep her forever; and if they're not doing it well enough they should expect her to leave. I'll talk to Chaos, I'm pretty sure I can get him to agree, I've been dealing with him for a long time."

She gave a slow, understanding nod. "Okay then!" She smiled and skipped a little bit as she headed down the hall. "You deal with Chaos, and I'll work on getting the release forms~" She blew him a kiss and disappeared down the hallway.
------- Aya had fallen asleep in his arms. It had only been a few moments. He didn't respond to her last question but it weighed heavily on his mind. He was thankful to have her and having Aya meant more than anything in the universe to him - even his job. His eyes closed slowly as he blinked, he must've been on the brink of tears.
He could feel them, but they would not come. Chaos listened to her steady breathing, his hands ran through her hair. He could only hope that Gojaru would let her on board. She was sick, yes, but she was part of the crew at one point. Chaos could use that to his advantage, but he knew he probably couldn't over power Gojaru in his current mind frame. Over powering aside, Chaos knew he couldn't draw a pistol quicker than his captain.
He gave an inward sigh as he thought about how Gojaru might react. Of course all of the things that played out in his mind were not actually how Gojaru would respond, but when you're troubled your mind is hardly your best friend.

"No problem just leave it to me!" Gojaru was already feeling a little more optimistic, the bad mood dissolved away and he returned to his old self, carefree and adventurous. Yuki could really cheer him up.
He knocked softly on the door before entering, not wanting to interrupt anything that might be happening inside the room. "Chaos, I have some good news for you." It's not like he was lying about that, it was good news. Chaos could spend more time with Aya and she would receive a better medical treatment. Gojaru believed that Yuki was a better doctor than the ones in that hospital anyway.

"It's open." Chaos replied, but he couldn't make a motion to prove that it was and let Gojaru in. He knew this wasn't 'we have a cure!' or something like that. He knew this would have to be something very involved and probably dangerous. He shifted slightly, "I'm not sure I want any news at all, Gojaru," Chaos responded after a moment. Bad news would have dampened his mood even more and good news may have been worse - he didn't want false hope, inevitably good news could have been worse than bad news.
